<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity detector suitable for circuit integration and capable of regularly precisely detecting an angular velocity. SOLUTION: The angular velocityΩ=(f-of)÷S is calculated from the present beat frequency outputted from a gyro 10, the beat frequency fo outputted from the gyro 10 in the state of zero angular velocity, and the sensitivity S of the gyro 10. An arithmetic means 318 calculatesΩevery 1 msec, for example, by use of the data from a counter 313 as f, the data stored in a memory 314 as S, and the data stored in a memory 315 as fo. In parallel to the operation, the data from the counter 313 is added every 1 msec. The operation is continued by use of the data stored in a memory 316 as fo. When the data of the memory 316 is differed from the data of the memory 315 by a fixed value or more, the data of the memory 315 is used.</p> |
