<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a cell by a minimum cell rate at each connection, when the cell is outputted after assembling by assigning an input frame at each connection. SOLUTION: An input frame is assigned by a connection classification assigning means 300 and respectively stored in connection classification frame storage means 400a-400n according to a frame at every connection. In the meantime, the identifying number of the connection for assembling the cell is reported to an assembling cell selecting means 500 from a scheduling table 600, by which a timing is stipulated to output the cell by the minimum cell rate. Then the means 500 assembles the cell by following an indication and outputs it. Thus, the cell with the guaranteed minimum cell rate is outputted by connection, even when a large amount of information is inputted temporarily concerning the output of an ATM line.</p> |
