<p>A system and method for efficiently delivering an interactive audio/visual product by a server/client architecture. The responsiveness to user input is high, the management of a system is improved, and reproduction of a product is not interrupted nor stopped. An interactive audio/visual product has streams containing dynamic images selectively connected and displayable. A server computer has a plurality of transmission buffer means in which streams selectable by a selecting means are stored in a predetermined order. The image at the end of a stream is combined with the image at the start of the previous stream, or either of them is selectively displayed. Thus the displayable connection ends of two connected streams have the same or substantially the same image.</p> |
