<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of a fluid device, and to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A space 35 is formed in a passage block 26 to which plural fluid instruments are connected, and inside which fluid passages 43, 47, 51 are formed for connecting each fluid instrument, and a receiver 36 having grooves 37, 38, 39 composing a part of the fluid passages and formed on its exterior surface is stored in the space 35. Hereby, the structure is simplified and the manufacturing cost is reduced, comparing with the case where a part of the fluid passages is formed from plural linear drilled holes.</p> |
