PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring member for base isolation that can further improve base isolation effect, at the same time can be mounted easily, and can be manufactured easily and inexpensively, and a base isolation support structure for using the spring member for base isolation. SOLUTION: Circular fitting recessed parts that are fitted one another are provided at the base and lid parts of a support-combining device being connected and fixed to a foundation such as a structure and a weight installation object and a support member being supported on the foundation, a plurality of ring-shaped Belleville springs 42 are laminated and arranged in a circular fitting recessed part 34 of the base part 32, a plurality of spring members 44 for base isolation are arranged adjacently around the outer periphery of the laminated ring-shaped Belleville springs 42 while they surround the outer periphery, a projecting part penetrating the hollow inside of the ring- shaped Belleville springs is provided at the center of the circular fitting recessed part of the lid part for composing to achieve fitting to the circular fitting recessed part of the base part, and at the same time the spring members 44 for base isolation are composed by overlapping a plurality of spring steel plates 45a, 45b,... being formed in a curve with the same or different spring strength.
