<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating and repairing an existing pipeline capable of certainly applying lining to both of a main supply pipe and the branch supply pipe communicating therewith in consideration of a problem in such a case that lining is applied to both supply pipes without removing the branch pipe. SOLUTION: In a method for regenerating and repairing an existing pipeline by resin lining for the purpose of regenerating and repairing a pipeline including the branch supply pipe 2 connected to the branch part 1A of a main pipe 1 embedded under a road, the lining pigs 3 arranged to both ends in the longitudinal direction of the connection member 5 inserted in the branch supply pipe 2 and the flexible member 4 connected to the lining pig 3, which is positioned on the side of the branch part 1A of the main pipe with which the branch supply pipe 2 communicates, among the lining pigs 3 are charged in the branch supply pipe 2 in such a state that the flexible member 4 is positioned on the side of the branch part to keep such a state that the leading end of the flexible member 4 is allowed to penetrate into the main pipe 1 from the branch part 1A of the main pipe 1 and the flexible member 4 is bent by the pressure of the lining resin moving through the main pipe 1 and the pressing force of a lining pig 6 to permit the lining resin or the lining pig 6 to pass.</p> |
