PURPOSE: A chip removing tool is provided to have the optimum using time. CONSTITUTION: A tool is produced by a hard metal to be formed compressively. A spiral chip flute(18) of the tool is formed by a hard material with the corrosion resistance. The chip flute is extended through the whole body or the part of the body. The sectional major point of the tool is in a tough center portion(12). The sectional shape of the tough center portion(12) is different to the sectional shape of a shank portion. A flash channel(14) to be extended only through the tough center portion(12) is contained in the tool. A production cost is reduced by operating simply. And the production is operated without generating dust. Moreover, a grinded amount is minimized.
