PURPOSE: A method and device for dynamically targeting streaming medium are provided to target a multimedia system for an advertisement in a data processing system. CONSTITUTION: A for dynamically targeting streaming medium comprises the steps of receiving a user input from a multimedia system, selecting a video stream and audio stream from the stream set, configuring the selected stream, selecting one advertisement form an advertisement set based on the selected stream, and transmitting the selected advertisement to the multimedia system.
