PURPOSE: An electric heating pipe is provided to keep the warmth of the primarily heated water by late-night electricity for maintaining the heating temperature, thereby saving the gas or oil fuel expenses and preventing the environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating pipe(50) is formed of polyvinylchloride(PVC) and includes a fireproof element(40) attached to a hot line and a surface of a hot wire die for primarily preventing the damage of the pipe due to the overheat of the hot wire, and the hot wire die(41) incorporated in the pipe for distributing the heat for secondarily preventing the damage of the pipe, wherein the hot wire is coated with a soft water-repellent agent three times for preventing electric leakage, wherein a temperature sensor and an electric timer are further included.
