<p>A stabilizer for unsaturated compounds which comprises both a vitamin E and an amino alcohol and has a remarkably improved stabilizing effect on unsaturated compounds. The amino alcohol is preferably a compound of general formula (1) or (2), and the unsaturated compounds include retinoids, carotenoids, isoprenoids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, fats, and oils; wherein R1 to R5 are each hydrogen, a hydrocarbon, an alcohol, a sugar, a carbohydrate, or an amine.</p> |
