PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-core coil and a circuit board with air-core coil, with which a self-resonance frequency is high, an inductance value is large and dispersion is small in a high-frequency region. SOLUTION: After a conductor 13 is formed into shape of coil around the peripheral surface of a triblet 11, with which at least a surface layer 11b is composed of a material soluble in a prescribed solvent, the triblet 11 is removed by solving the surface layer 11b of the triblet 11 in the solvent.
