R-Fe-B PERMANENT MAGNET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an R-Fe-B permanent magnet provided with a polyimide resin film which is formed on its surface with the film kept high in adhesion to the surface and excellent in these properties such as corrosion resistance, electrical insulation properties, and thermal resistance required by a magnet used in an automobile motor and a simple method of manufacturing the same through a solution method. SOLUTION: A polyimide resin film is formed on the surface of an R-Fe-B permanent magnet through the intermediary of an oxide film layer.
