Filler of external layer is in form of isotropic dispersed material, and anisotropic layer is in form of glass filler. Binding agent may by used in form of oligomer, and dispersed filler in form of expanded clay aggregate. Glass filler is used in form of layer of fiber glass fabric. Binding agent of external layer may be of dispersed structure and binding agent of the other layer may have domain structure.
