PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation in the image density and resolution and generation of fogging of electrophotographic toners and to enhance transfer efficiency. SOLUTION: This method includes a stage for arranging the raw materials of the electrophotographic toners containing a binder resin, coloring agents and charge control agent which are the raw materials of the electrophotographic toners and a stage for mixing the raw materials of the electrophotographic toners by driving the mixer in the state of maintaining low pressure in the inside of the mixer. Respective granular components may be uniformly mixed in a dry state by mixing the raw materials of the electrophotographic toners under the low pressure (reduced pressure).
