PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen fitting strength of optical lenses and to simplify assembly work of a case for electronic apparatus, which includes light-projecting and light-receiving elements for optical communication therein, is provided with windows for optical communication on the case, and is fitted with the optical lenses in the windows for optical communication and is optimal for the optical communication. SOLUTION: Both flanks 30c and 30d of a sensor case 30 housing a sensor substrate 41 mounted with the light projecting and light receiving elements 44 and 45 for optical communication are bored with the windows 36a and 36b for optical communication and plate lenses 70 are insert molded in the windows 36a and 36b for optical communication during molding of the sensor case 30, by which the fitting strength of the plate lenses 70 is enhanced and the man- hours for mounting are simplified.
