PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleeding device to perform constitution easily and at a low cost and have high bleeding performance and to provide an absorption refrigerating machine to provide high refrigerating capacity and reduce a cost. SOLUTION: An absorption refrigerating machine 1 is provided with a bleeding device 70 to recover refrigerating gas RG by bleeding the internal part of an absorber 20 and separate non-condensed gas NC. The bleeding device 70 comprises a bleeding chamber 73 communicating with the internal part of the absorber 20 and introducing an absorption solution Y', a faucet part 81 situated such that the absorption solution Y flows in from a periphery; a nozzle 78 to inject an absorption solution Y toward the faucet part 81; and a separation chamber 74 communicating with the bleeding chamber 73 through the faucet part 81 and separating non-condensed gas NC from an absorption solution Y absorbing refrigerant gas RG, and storing the absorption solution Y and the non-condensed gas NC. A protrusion part 78b to generate turbulence at a gas liquid interface between a jet toward the faucet part 81 from a nozzle 78 and peripheral gas is formed on a throttle opening part 78a of the nozzle 78.
