<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a character collector to collect abundant characters while enjoying lottery any time and over and over again. SOLUTION: This character lottery device is provided with a character picture retaining means retaining the pictures of the characters, a rank reading means for reading a rank recorded in the magnetic recording layer of a rewrite card, a rank drawing means for drawing a new rank from ranks equal to or higher than the rank read by the rank reading means, a rank overwriting means for overwriting the rank drawn by the rank drawing means onto the magnetic recording layer of the rewrite card, and a character picture overwriting means for selecting the picture of a character belonging to the rank drawn by the rank lottery means from the character picture retaining means and overwriting it in the printing area of the rewrite card.</p> |
