PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat television mounting device, capable of automatically changing the horizontal angles and vertical positions of a flat television. SOLUTION: A ceiling hanging type flat television mounting device can automatically change the angles of the flat television by 360 degrees in the horizontal direction by using a motor, and also can automatically change vertical positions by using a spring having shape memory effect for a hanging member.
