PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device that can form organic EL element of each light emitting color and obtain high brightness suitable for color display in the organic EL element of each color of light emitting. SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes a first electrode 31R, a dye switch diffusing part 33R to which an organic dye 57R is introduced by transitional diffusion, and organic EL elements having a second electrode. An organic dye 57R is contained in a dye layer 42R formed in a base film 41 of a dye film 40R. The organic dye 57R of the dye layer 42R can be switch diffused to high polymer light emitting layer 32 by pressing and heating if a heater 64R of a thermal pad 62. The organic dye 57R is organic dye of red, but organic dyes of green, blue also can be switch diffused to high polymer light emitting layer 32. |
