PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply oxygen simply and inexpensively to aerobic bacteria which contributes the decomposition of organic substances. SOLUTION: In this oxygen supplying method, an oxygen supplying agent is used and a lumpy or powdery mixture which comprises magnesium peroxide, calcium peroxide or the like or a liquid mixture which is formed by dissolving the same into water is used as the oxygen supplying agent.
