PURPOSE: A broadband linear amplifier having multiple amplification terminals is provided to generate broadband signals of thousands of MHz needed to realize a broadband wireless communications system. CONSTITUTION: A broadband linear amplifier includes two broadband amplifiers(300,400) and a broadband output matching block(500). The first broadband amplifier(300) amplifies the power from the power supply and generates a signal of tens of MHz having a first gain(G). The second broadband amplifier(400) amplifies once more the amplified output of the first broadband amplifier(300) and produces a broadband signal of tens of MHz having a second gain(G). Thus, amplifying the input signal twice can produce a broadband signal having an adequate gain. And the two broadband amplifiers(300,400) have the same configuration. Each amplifier(300,400) include a frequency characteristic compensation block(302,402), a broadband input matching block(304,404), an amplification block(306,406), a first compensation block(308,408), a second compensation block(310,410), a half wave circuit(312,412) and a twelveth wave circuit(314,414).
