PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating zinc-base plated steel pipe which is excellent in corrosion-resistance, wear-resistance, coated film joining property and contamination-resistance, and in addition, weather-resistance even under a sea- side environment, and a post which has those excellent characteristics, and to provide their manufacturing methods. SOLUTION: On a zinc-base plated layer on the external surface side of a steel pipe, an epoxy modified polyurethane resin layer, of which the surface is preferably frost-treated, is provided for this coating zinc-base plated steel pipe. Also, this post comprises the coating zinc-base plated steel pipe. For this manufacturing method of the coating zinc-base plated steel pipe, on the surface of the zinc-base plated layer of the steel pipe for which, the zinc-base plated layer is formed at least on the external surface side, an epoxy modified polyurethane resin paint containing an epoxy modified polyol and an isocyanate based curing agent, or an epoxy modified polyurethane resin paint containing a polyol, an isocyanate based curing agent, an epoxy resin and/or an epoxy-based silane coupling agent, is coated. |
