PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the position for a suspended object in a groove easily and correctly. SOLUTION: This position adjusting device comprises manually driven jacks 22L, 22R removably fitted to an integrated tube body PU rockably suspended in a groove D, transmission members 23L, 23R transmitting the driving force applied from a worker outside the groove D to the jacks 22L, 22R, and contact bodies 25L, 25R fitted to the expansion end sections 24L, 24R of the jacks 22L, 22R. When the worker outside the groove D stretches the jacks 22L, 22R via the transmission members 23L, 23R to press the contact bodies 25L, 25R to groove side walls SW, the suspended tube body PU is moved via the bodies 25L, 25R and the jacks 22L, 22R with the groove side walls SW serving as supports for a position adjustment.
