WAX FORMULATIONS CONTAINING ODORIFEROUS SUBSTANCES

The invention relates to a wax formulation which contains odoriferous substances, wax particles having a diameter ranging from 1 to 500 mu m, an odoriferous substance content ranging from 1 to 80 wt. %, and an emulsifier content ranging from 0.1 to 10 wt. %. The inventive formulations can be used for producing candles. The candles can be produced using an extrusion or pressing method.
