PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress a waste crushed material through compression holes in a guide plate while it is transferred forward by rotation of a short multi- spindle screw without clogging the material. SOLUTION: A crushed paper material and a crushed plastic material are supplied to a non-heating type screw volume reducer 11 as waste crushed materials, which are, in turn, transferred by mutually counter-rotating two- spindle screws 12, 13 with flights set at a few pitches. Then the volume of these crushed materials is reduced by passing them through compression holes 17a in a guide plate 17 during the transfer/stirring process. Finally the crushed materials are extruded from a discharge aperture 15 in the screw volume reducer 11 as a regenerated product. |
