PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing structure for unit building which is excellent in soundproofness and capable of effectively shutting-off sounds being transferred through a gap or the like between adjoining building units. SOLUTION: Adjoining building units 1, 1 at the upstairs are arranged in the horizontal direction with ends of floor panels 11 thereof being butted against each other. A sound-absorbing material 6 is fitted into a gap between the ends of the opposite floor panels 11, 11 at the upstairs.
