PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material having non-tackiness, particularly excellent removability of food staining, and a coated product obtained by coating the coating material. SOLUTION: The coating material contains an aromatic polysulfone resin, a fluororesin, and an organic solvent, and the aromatic polysulfone resin has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.42-0.68 and contains a hydroxyl terminal group. The coated product is obtained by coating the coating material.
