PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide precise information on temperature variation by correcting the fluctuation of a spatial phase distribution by magnetostatic field fluctuation. SOLUTION: When the phase fluctuation of points in an area where a temperature is not varied, more concretely, plural points selected by three points or ROI is used as a reference, the fluctuation of spatial phase distribution by magnetostatic field fluctuation is corrected and a temperature distribution image is obtained by using the corrected spatial phase distribution reflecting only temperature variation. As a result, a precise temperature distribution image can be provided.
