PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote check and inspection system and repair system capable of safely, surely and remotely checking, inspecting and repairing inspection objective portions even in a narrow place where man cannot easily make access and if components and valves exist on the way to the inspection object in a pipe and so inspection devices can not be inserted to the inspection objective portion. SOLUTION: A guide rail is laid from an insertion location to near the check and inspection objective portion and an insertion device inserted from the insertion location along the guide rail is provided. To the insertion device, a detaching unit is placed via a posture control mechanism. By way of the detaching unit, a movable check and inspection device having a single or a plurality of sensors is installed. Or at the tip end of the insertion device, a manipulator mechanism having a specified end effector is provided by way of a fixing device for fixing the insertion device itself to the guide rail.
