PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, although the conventional subscription of newspaper is useful as a form of human relation, etc., unlike routine reception since it is performed by visiting, directly meeting and talking with a customer, however actually, it becomes a cause of trouble since it is not successfully performed as ideal, such troubles are seen or experienced, manpower is required to visit families or companies, frequent visit in the nighttime bothers families or hurt feelings of family members since it is busy time. SOLUTION: This information management system for newspaper is constituted of an information management repeating base to catch and transmit information on application and/or discontinuation of subscription of the newspaper from the customer, an information transmitting part to transmit the information from the information management repeating base and an information management base to accept information on the application and/or discontinuation of subscription of the newspaper from the information transmitting part and is constituted so as to exactly and promptly transmit the information to the information management base by the information transmitting part and/or to originate the information from the information management base to the information management repeating base or the customer by the information transmitting part.
