<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact for connecting the board through-hole as well as a connector which can prevent conducivity failure of the plating of the through-hole coming from buckling of the contact, the board or the connector easy to be removed, reuse of the board possible and removal jigs at the time of repair work unnecessary. SOLUTION: To connect a terminal part 11 for the contact for the board through-hole in a board through-hole 19, first, a temporary insert part is loosely inserted into the through-hole. Then, after a conical-head contact part 14 is completely inserted into the through-hole, the distance between a terminal body 12 and the temporary insert part 13 becomes smaller than the preset value, due to the elasticity of the latter. Here, the temporary insert part 13 deforms so as to come near to the terminal body 12. As a result, the terminal part 11 is fitted tightly into the through-hole 19, thus connected to the board through- hole 19.</p> |
