PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed rolling bearing wherein a sealing operation is carried out in bearing peripheral parts regardless of sealing at a lip part, and a sealing performance is improved without increasing costs. SOLUTION: A sealing board 8 is arranged between an external wheel 1 and an internal wheel 3, an outer diameter 11 of the sealing board 8 is fixed to the external wheel 1, a lip 13 of an inner diameter 12 side is brought into slide contact with the internal wheel 3, or sealing performance is ensured holding a clearance. In the sealing board 8, a protrusion part 19 is disposed on the outer side surface 18 of the sealing board 18, a clearance 29 is formed between the protrusion part 19 and a bearing peripheral parts 25 so as to improve the sealing performance.
