PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light blocking resin plate which is low-cost, whose gloss is good and whose bend or the like is hard to generate. SOLUTION: This light blocking resin plate is provided with a substrate 2 which is composed of a light blocking resin. The resin plate is provided with a decorative member 4 which is embedded in the substrate 2. The decorative member 4 is embedded in a part of the substrate in such a way that the transmittance of the substrate becomes a definite value or more. Thereby, the gloss of the substrate 2 is made good, and the transmittance at the definite value or more can be ensured.
