[Also in Division F2] A valve for dispensing drinks mixed from carbonated water and fruit juice has two separate feed ducts ending in an outlet mouthpiece and each provided with a control valve (16), 22 which is manually actuated by a pivoted lever 32 through a plunger 33, a tiltable plate 34 and respective valve stems (16a, 22a). A control valve 9 is disposed in the duct for the fruit juice adjacent to and upstream of the valve 22 to compensate for pressure, viscosity and temperature variations and comprises an adjustably spring-loaded piston 10 with a restriction 10b and movable to regulate apertures 8a. The duct for the fruit juice, has an inlet 7 and an outlet formed by inclined tube 25 while the duct for the carbonated water has an inlet (15) and an outlet formed by slots 30 connecting opening 28 with annular chamber 27.</p> |
