The invention concerns a device produced from a flexible blank (2) having the shape of a substantially circular ring segment and comprising adjustable fixing means (7, 8, 9 10, 9a, 10a) for attaching together its two ends (5, 6) and thereby forming an open cone-shaped structure. The device, which is made of cardboard, can be used as megaphone, or fan in a sport stadium, and consists in a harmless object whereof the outer surface can bear an advertising message.
