PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive film for optics which shows superb transparency and easy adhesive properties and warps insignificantly even in an after-processing step such as prismatic lens fabrication. SOLUTION: This easily adhesive film for optics is a biaxially oriented polyester film formed of an easily adhesive layer consisting of a copolymer polyester resin and a polyurethane resin laminated on at least one of the faces of the film. In addition, the film is characterized in that the total ray transmittance is 90% or more and the amount of warpage per size of 300 mm×210 mm when the film is heated at 150 deg.C for 3 hours is 3 mm or less.
