PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a completely new type piece of clothing changeable in the skirt length thereof and also in the total impression depending on how to wear. SOLUTION: This piece of clothing 1 is such one as to be constituted of a cylindrical body 2 made of a stretchable piece of cloth and a skirt part 3 extending downward from the lower end part of the cylindrical body 2, wherein the piece of clothing effects a long-length one-piece dress in the condition that the above cylindrical body 2 is stretched, a normal-length one-piece dress in the condition that the body 2 is shallowly folded back, or a normal-length skirt in the condition that the body 2 is deeply folded back.
