PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition for molding improved in impact resistance at low temperature and melting characteristics without sacrificing tensile strength at high temperature. SOLUTION: This chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin composition having 600-1,500 polymerization degree before chlorination and 62-70 wt.% chlorination degree and 1-9 pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane and more preferably further comprises 1-9 pts.wt. MBS.
