PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and expenses for a construction for laying a piping material by suppressing the vibration of the piping material and the generation of an abnormal foreign sound when a water hammer is generated. SOLUTION: A composite piping material 28 is used, where a main pipe 36 for supplying water and a main pipe 38 for supplying hot water are inserted into one and the other corrugated sheath pipes, respectively, of a composite sheath pipe 34 where two corrugated sheath pipes are integrated while being arranged in parallel. The composite piping material 28 is laid in a route from a header 10 for supplying water and a header 14 for supplying hot water to mixed faucets 18A, 18B, and 18C such as a bathroom, a kitchen, and a washroom. At one end side of each composite piping material 28, the main pipe 36 for supplying water is connected to the header 10 for supplying water, and the main pipe 38 for supplying hot water is connected to the header 14 for supplying hot water, and at the same time the main pipe 36 for supplying water and the main pipe 38 for supplying hot water are connected to the mixed faucets 18A, 18B, and 18C at the other end side.
