PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT imaging apparatus for performing correction so as to reduce influence on image reconstitution by positional deviations and assembly accuracy. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT imaging apparatus of this invention comprises: an X-ray generator 11 for generating X-ray cone beams; a support member 30 for holding the X-ray generator 11; an X-ray image sensor 21 held by the support member 3 for detecting the X-ray cone beam transmitted through an object and acquiring X-ray projection data; a control part 50 for rotating the X-ray generator 10 and the X-ray image sensor 21 relatively to the object converting X-ray projection data to the distribution of the X-ray absorption coefficient of the object and reconstituting images; a position information member provided to a position to be spatially overlapped with a part of the X-ray cone beam for projecting a marker image in a part of the X-ray projection data; and a correction part 77 for detecting the positional shift amount of the X-ray image sensor 21 on the basis of the marker image and correcting the positional shift amount in image reconstitution.
