BUILDING UNIT AND UNIT BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a balcony in a simple arrangement by use of building units. SOLUTION: Each building unit 10 comprises a living room portion 17 provided on a part of a floor structure 10A and a balcony portion 18 provided on the other part of the floor structure 10A. The overall upper-story building unit is positioned on top of the lower-story building unit and the balcony portion of the upper-story building unit is used to construct a top balcony situated on the rooftop of the lower-story building unit. The living room portion of the upper-story building unit is positioned on top of the lower-story building unit and the balcony portion of the upper-story building unit is used to construct an overhanging balcony which overhangs the upper portion of the front surface of the lower-story building unit.
