PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device for a semiconductor device which is satisfactory in response to voltage variation of an external power supply, can highly stabilize an inner voltage, even if the voltage of an external power supply varies and can thereby operate each element stably at low margin, and a semiconductor integrated device using the power supply. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of an oscillation circuit, which is connected directly to an external power supply input terminal and outputs a comparison signal whose frequency changes according to an input voltage value, an input terminal of a reference signal with a reference frequency, a comparison circuit which inputs the comparison signal and the reference signal and outputs a control signal, which changes according to frequency difference between both the signals and a voltage control circuit which controls an input power supply voltage by the control signal, and is subjected to open loop control from the comparison circuit to the voltage control circuit.
