<p>A laminator, comprising a pair of pressing rolls (2) sandwiching a substrate (1) and a film (55) therebetween and bearings (3) rotatably supporting the both end parts of the pressing rolls, wherein one end of a lever (7) is attached to a housing for each bearing, the other end of the lever (7) extends along the axial direction of the pressing rolls (2) and positioned inward the bearings (3), a pressurizing device (14) applies a force to the other end of the lever (7) so as to exert a pressing force through the bearings (3) to the substrate (1) and the film (55) sandwiched between the pair of pressing rolls (2), the pressurizing device (14) also causes a bending moment which tends to deform the pair of pressing rolls (2) so that they are protruded relatively to each other, a shaft (16) is disposed in parallel with the pressing rolls (2) and apart from each other, an extension arm (17) is formed in the housings for the bearings (3) and connected to the shaft (16) so as to support the bearings (3) on the shaft (16), and the housings for the bearings (3) are allowed to rotate about the axis of the shaft (16) and also to rotate about an axis perpendicular to the axis of the shaft (16).</p> |
