摘要 PURPOSE: A process and apparatus of purifying 1,2-dichloropropane by physically removing acidic gas dissolved in dichloropropane comprising 1,2-dichloropropane, 1,1-dichloropropane, 1,3-dichloropropane and 2,2-dichloropropane are provided, thereby acidity is lowered and harmful gas and moisture are removed. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of pouring 1,2-dichloropropane inside neutralization tower and agitating at a speed of above 360 rpm for more than 60 min to physically eliminate acidic gas dissolved in 1,2-dichloropropane; lowering acidity to less than 7ppm by colliding with solid caustic soda and removing harmful gas and moisture by contacting with an activating agent. The apparatus comprises a reaction tank(100) with an inlet pipe(150) and a drain pipe(170) in which an agitator(110) equipped with an impeller(111) and driven by a motor(160) is installed in its center; a plurality of baffle plates are placed on the inner wall to produce whirls; and a plurality of porous cases(130) are placed at the lower part of the baffle plate.
