PURPOSE: A mat-like rack of a sunlight cabinet is provided to safely dry raw food without generating fungi by continuously diffracting light and air between an upper basin and a lower basin. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises 3 layers for drying different foods, and the layers are assembled and disassembled by the necessity. The layers includes roller-type wheels for easily moving. Sunlight and air are diffracted between the upper and the lower basins to evenly transfer sunlight and air. The drying time is reduced to a half compared with the previous time. The device enables to dry the food 100% and fungi are not generated in the complete dried food.
