PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in order to increase a thrust of a water jet propelling device, the device must be increased and accordingly the size and weight of a hull furnished with the device are increased, and the amount of increase in thrust of the device is deducted and, in small ships, a large high- thrust water jet device is hard to be installed thereon. SOLUTION: Bubbles are mixed into a water flow discharged by a water jet propelling device so as to apparently increase a discharged volume of water to provide a high propelling force, thereby increasing the thrust of the water jet propelling device without increasing the size of the device, providing a high power performance even in a small ship, and contributing to reduce the weight and size of a hull by reducing the size of the device.
