PURPOSE: A yellow soil bedding and an interior decoration method using yellow soil are provided to promote metabolism while the bedding is made by mixing yellow soil, salt, charcoal and wormwoods properly. CONSTITUTION: A yellow soil layer(10), a salt layer(20), a charcoal layer(30) and a wormwood layer(40) are put in a storage(1) formed on the lower end of a bed. The storage is formed like a drawer. A support with holes is formed on the upper part of the storage, inserted in an uneven part, and assembled along a slide groove. A floor is made of the yellow soil layer, salt layer, charcoal layer and wormwood layer. Each layer with a fixed thickness enables the passage of energy, and is constructed in multi-layer.
