PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a carburetor not having one of fuel regulating needle valves in a high speed system and a low speed system in the same constitution as a carburetor having fuel regulating needle valves in the high speed system and the low speed system, in order to share parts. SOLUTION: A post 43a whose head part is the same as that of a cap 43 is mounted on a carburetor main body 4 in parallel with a fuel regulating needle valve 41 of a low speed system, first and second projection streaks 46a, 46 protruded outside a diameter on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical cap 43 so as to have rotation phase of about 180 degrees and differ an axial direction position, a cover 32 for covering an inner hollow part 47 for housing the cap 43 is connected to a wall surface of the carburetor main body 4 so as not to be detached, a pair of openings 34, 34a having the same shape as a cross section of the cap 43 are provided on the cover 32, the cap 43 and a post 43a are inserted from each of openings 34, 34a of the cover 32 into the inner hollow part 47, the cap 43 is serration-fitted to a head part of the fuel regulating needle valve 41, and the fuel regulating needle valve 41 is rotated from a position of the maximum fuel quantity where the first projection 46a of the cap 43 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the post 43a in the fuel reducing direction.
