PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative fuel processing device which ensues a proper purge flow according to an intake air quantity of an engine and prevents idling rotation malfunction and restart malfunction caused by flow-in of evaporation fuel into an intake pipe at the time of a high temperature. SOLUTION: A purge passage 2 between a canister 14 and a purge port of a throttle body 4 is divided into two parts, one passage 2a is opened through a check valve 3 to a first purge port 6a which is an upstream side or a downstream side depending on an opening of a throttle valve 5, and the other passage 2b is opened to a second purge port 6b disposed downstream the throttle valves 5 through a control valve 7 for controlling a purge flow according to pressure in a fuel tank 13. It is thus possible to prevent an excessive rich condition of air-fuel mixture by reducing flow-in of evaporation fuel into the intake pipe at the time of the high temperature, to prevent restart malfunction and idling rotation malfunction.
