PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm collection circuit that can quickly conduct alarm processing without being affected even in the case that the number of supervisory object devices is increased or the number of supervisory alarms is increased. SOLUTION: The alarm collection circuit in a transmission system consists of supervisory object devices (2-n) having alarm collection sections (2-1 to n-1) that collect alarms to be supervised and convert the alarms into serial data, alarm transmission sections (2-2 to n-2) that transmit the alarm information of the serial data to a supervisory device (1), and transfer request transmission sections (2-3 to n-3) that make a request to the supervisory device for the transmission on the occurrence of an alarm, and of the supervisory device (1) comprising an alarm reception section (13) that receives an alarm from the supervisory object devices, a transfer request reception section (14) that receives a transfer request signal and inhibits a succeeding request signal until the alarm processing is completed, a request source detection section (12) that stores a signal of each supervisory object device received by the transfer request reception section and an alarm processing section (11) that specifies the supervisory object device depending on the value stored in the request resource detection section to conduct alarm processing of the supervisory object device.
